Programme Administration Officer

 

Duties

1.       Responsible for programme administration including student data management, class scheduling, payment arrangment;

2.       Liaise with stakeholders on programme and student activities;

3.       Manage the counter and handle enquiries;

4.       Assist in student recruitment and admission;

5.       Provide secretarial support to the Division; and

6.       Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements

 1.      Degree holder in any discipline or above, though nguage/communication majored is preferred

2.      Have at least 3-4 years solid working experience (in tertiary education is an advantage);

3.      Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must;

4.      Good knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese/English typing;

5.      Able to work independently, Well-organizing and Good interpersonal skills.

6.      Mature, independent, responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal skills.
