Responsibilities:

?   Head up the HR Department;

?   Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, which includes but not limited to recruitment & selection, C&B, HRIS, training &

  development, performance management, salary review and benchmarking, employee motivation and retention, succession planning, employee

  relations and organization review;

?   Act as the key interface with business units to provide full spectrum of HR services and support, work closely with line managers as business

   partner to provide proactive and consultative HR advice to achieving organizational goals;

?   Collaborate with management to enable organization change, increase employee commitment and capability to achieve organizational goals;

?   Provide HR reports and analysis on regular basis for strategic planning, review and decision-making;

?   Participate in ad hoc HR projects and management tasks;

?   Analyze annual employee survey results and provide recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:
 

?   Bachelor degree in HRM / BA / or other related disciplines;

?   Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations and 4 year in managerial grade; experience in tertiary education institution is an

    advantage;

?   Good HR system knowledge and tool applications with project management experience in developing and supporting HR system;

?   Well-versed with Employment Ordinance as well as HR practices;

?   Mature, independent, positive thinking is essential;

?   Self-initiated with good leadership skills, resourceful and strong at problem solving; 

?   Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to meet tight deadlines;

?   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
