Vice President / Associate Vice President

　

Duties:  

1.       Provide effective leadership in the development of long-term strategies and plans of the Organization ;

2.       Shape and interpret Organization polices, develop organization-wide and cross-department programs which impact Organization direction

          and has a major impact on the achievement of Organization goals;

3.       Provide guidance around strategic and tactical decision and leads the execution of strategy.

Requirements: 

1.         At least a master level qualification in any disciplines;

2.         Minimum 10 years working experience with at least 8 years relevant experience ;

3.         Strong leadership with the ability to plan strategically and handle complex issues tactfully in a fast-changing environment;

4.         Excellent management and negotiation skills;

5.         Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese.
